| I didn't know there was a glitch/exploit. The pads were already on my car, so what would your shipping tag do me any good? And no your wrong, I offered to send them back, under the conditions that you compensated me for the costs of removing them. I paid out of my pocket to install them so it was only fair you paid to remove them because after all it was your fault someone screwed up pricing on your website, not mine. At that point you probably realized it would cost you more to get them back (in used condition). So you accepted your losses. The reason I placed another order was because I didn't know I was getting both front and rear sets. I noticed both sets were included when I received the order so I installed and when Josh called me about not shipping the second set, I didn't need it anymore so I told him to just keep it and refund me. Instead he charged me for your losses. You also accused me of hacking your site? Thats what I understood from your legal rebuttal which was a bad move also. I asked Josh(or someone else) to speak with you and call me right back he said he would. He didn't speak with you and I didn't get a call back. Instead I was charged as mentioned. Then somoene on your end went into my online invoice, deleted it, and entered a new one to change the price and make it look like the site stated the correct price (so "I was aware of the correct price"), but the card was mysteriously charged the discounted price. Hence, you tried to make it look like I was trying to exploit your "glitch." But unfortunately for you, I had printed a copy of the original invoice and the new invoice which someone had altered, to prove I was not aware of any site glitches. My original invoice showed that the state price was correct with the price I was charged. I'm glad your not surprised I won the dispute, I also thought I had a clear win.
